IT7600系列拥有谐波分析功能，包括电压谐波测量和电流谐波测量。10-500Hz频率范围内，可以测量50次电压和电流谐波；500Hz频率以上，可以测量20次电压和电流谐波。在谐波模式下可实现电压和电流谐波失真因数（U/I THD）和相位的测试。此外还可进行多次谐波测量，结果以列表或柱状图的方式显示，使测试结果分析更加一目了然。
